These terms govern your use of mimagic.ai, the public informational website of MiMagic GmbH. They do not cover commercial product use of Enchilada or any other MiMagic product. Those are governed by separate product agreements at getenchilada.com.

You may read, link to, share, and reference the content of this site. You may not scrape it for the purpose of training commercial AI models without explicit written permission (see "AI training" below).

AI training

Use of this site's content for training commercial AI models requires written permission from MiMagic GmbH. Inquiries to hello@mimagic.ai.

Trademarks

"MiMagic" is a brand operated by MiMagic GmbH. "Enchilada" is a product brand operated by MiMagic GmbH. Other brands referenced on this site (IONOS, Mistral, etc.) belong to their respective owners and are mentioned for descriptive context only. No affiliation, endorsement, or partnership is implied unless explicitly stated.

No warranty

The content of this site is provided as-is. We make reasonable effort to keep it accurate but do not warrant its completeness or freedom from error. The site does not constitute legal, financial, or technical advice.

Liability

To the extent permitted by German law, MiMagic GmbH disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Place of jurisdiction is Berlin.
